Why facilit8
Built for the person who signs.
Four things separate facilit8 from the alternatives you will already have considered.
01
Not a general-purpose AI tool.
Copilot, Glean and enterprise search retrieve; they do not reason about which document is authoritative, do not reconcile a pack against itself, and leave no defensible trail. We are built for a different question — which revision is current, and can I prove it — and everything we produce is evidence-grade by construction.
02
Not a consultancy engagement.
The large firms do this work as a bespoke, expensive, one-off, repeated from scratch each cycle. We productise the recurring production and checking, so the same rigour arrives as an ongoing service that becomes faster and more precise each time the standard moves or the documents change.
03
The accountability stays with you — deliberately.
We help you produce your filing, and we make every claim in it traceable to source. The boundary is clean and deliberate: we warrant the traceability and the quality of how the filing is produced and evidenced; you own the regulatory judgement — the completeness call, the interpretation, and the sign-off on every line. The regulatory accountability stays with you — where the regulator expects it, and where you would want it. We are not your assurer of record; we are the specialist that makes your own filing faster to produce, more complete, and fully provable.
For a buyer who personally owns the risk, that boundary is reassuring: it says we understand the line, are not asking you to outsource a judgement you cannot delegate, and have thought carefully about liability — itself a credibility signal in a regulated procurement.
04
Data sovereignty, when you require it.
Where your documents go is not a detail — for a regulated buyer it is often a hard procurement gate, and we treat it that way. For buyers who require it, we offer a fully sovereign tier, designed to satisfy the strictest expectations of a UK or European regulator.
Sovereign, and available today
You choose the jurisdiction that governs you. Where procurement expects the strictest posture, we run refined open-source models on hardware we own and operate, in dedicated UK or European environments — no public model provider anywhere in the processing path, so your documents cannot reach one and cannot be used to train an external model. This is infrastructure we run today, not a roadmap item.
A lighter tier where that is enough
Where requirements are less strict, in-region cloud is available. Both tiers keep processing inside your jurisdiction; the sovereign tier additionally guarantees no public model providers.
The infrastructure is ours to run
You carry none of the operational or data-residency risk. You manage no models, no agents, no GPUs, no environment. You send documents; you receive a filing you can prove.
And the relationship compounds.
The longer we run a filing with you, the more precisely we know your estate — which document is authoritative, which is superseded — and the more the traceability becomes part of your reporting cadence rather than a scramble each cycle.
