How we engage

A low-risk first step, then an ongoing service.

We work the way a first regulated buyer can say yes to: a small, verifiable pilot before any commitment, then an ongoing service once the value is proven on your own documents.

Fee: none

Duration: 1–2 weeks

Discovery.

We map the obligation with you — what you file, against which standard, on what cadence, and where the recurring pain sits. This is a short, consulting-style step that defines precisely what we will produce and check.

You leave discovery with a written definition of the obligation and the shape of the pilot. If it is not a fit, we say so.

Fee: fixed

Duration: 4–8 weeks

Pilot, on your own prior filing.

For a fixed fee, we check your last cycle's filing and show you — on your real documents — what we would have caught and how we would evidence it. Read-only, bounded, and verifiable before anything ongoing begins.

This is where you see whether we are worth the relationship. The output is a gap report, a consistency check, and a source-bound evidence log on the artefact you already have.

Cadence: your reporting cycle

The ongoing service.

The relationship grows in steps: we begin by checking and evidencing your filing on your cadence, and extend into assisted assembly of the filing itself as trust builds — you are never asked to make the largest jump at the start. We build, host and run it, and we stand behind the traceability and quality of what we deliver, on an annual relationship. You receive the filing and its evidence log on your cadence, ready for review and sign-off. You manage no models, agents or infrastructure — only the decision to sign.


A note on the shape of the relationship.

You are not buying software. You are engaging a specialist firm to produce and evidence a filing on a cadence, inside a private environment we operate. That is why we call it a service, and why we do not sell tokens, seats or usage.

It is also why we do not put pricing on the site: the value depends on the obligation, and a range in the abstract would mean little. The first real conversation is enough to give you something concrete.
